Text Box: What is Personal Training?
Personal Training is an individualized training program created uniquely for each of my clients. First, I meet with each client to establish their goals, so we are both clear on the goals and effort needed to successfully achieve those stated goals. Then, every client receives a program creatively designed to meet his or her specific goals. Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone and firm, increase strength and stamina, or gain size: your personal training program will be tailored to meet your needs.

Why In-Home Personal Training?
     • Save time by not driving to the gym
     • No waiting in line for machines
     • Listen to your own music or none at all
     • Flexible scheduling of your own workouts
     • No distractions
     • Eliminate procrastination
     • Work out in the comfort and privacy of your own home
     • No need to feel intimidated by what others are wearing
Equipment Needed:
Some homes have elaborate weight training systems. It is NOT necessary. If you have home equipment, we'll utilize what you have. If you don't have home equipment, you'll need just a few things as listed below:
• Exercise Mat     • Adjustable Dumbbells     • Physio Ball     • Ankle Weights

“Steve has helped me fine tune my workouts and by simply changing my stance, I got a better work out.” - B.Z. (female, 64)
“When I started with Steve a year ago I suffered through two minutes of crunches, now I can do 20 minutes with a smile.  The strength I have gained has also boosted my confidence and self esteem.  Steve is very focused and knowledgeable.” - P.H. (female, 59)
“Steve knows how the muscles work and guides me in getting the best results from my workouts.” - L.Z. (male, 70)
“Not only am I able to hit the ball farther, I have more control of my swing which really improves my short game.” - C.G. (male USGA amateur golfer, 22)
“In the early exercise stages the unused muscles hurt, but I kept with it and today I can easily and effectively move about my life. The recovered activity has also brought me to a stage where I feel better. Before I started, I was headed for a wheel chair. It was my determination and Steve’s encouragement that has kept me out of that wheel chair.” - M.P. (male, 73)
“I truly thought I was staying fit with just a cardio workout.  Once I started weight training, I realized I wasn’t as fit as I thought I was. Now, my overall strength has improved tremendously and I am more fit overall.” - S.D. (female, 44)
